Founded in response to the devastation resulting from Tropical Storm Irene in 2011, UVM's UAS Team has developed into a national leader in using UAS for disaster response and recovery. UVM's domain expertise helps organizations use UAS to solve pressing problems, from mapping invasive species to inspecting transportation infrastructure.
